Applied Welding Technology specialises in repairing, machining and welding turbine valve components and rebuilding other high quality components. We also focus on specialised welding services. Our services include micro-welding and we can rebuild internal bores from 50mm to items weighing 7.5 tons using a variety of processes.

We are located in Spartan, near Edenvale, and are ideally placed to access an extraordinary variety of sub-contractors for facilities not available in-house.

Our premises are 2000m2 and are completely serviced by overhead cranes ranging from 3 to 8 tons. Applied Welding Technology is capable of machining a wide variety of metals including basic carbon steels, stainless steels and aluminium. All of our staff are certified in their specific fields of welding and machining.

We at Applied Welding Technology pride ourselves on the quality of work we produce and specialise in producing and supplying the certification necessary for demanding clients such as Eskom and Sasol. This is why we have been awarded Eskom Level 1 welding approval and TüV Rheinland ISO 9001 approval. We currently have a BBBEE Level 5 rating.
